A thorough preliminary analysis lays the foundation and establishes the starting point for the subsequent steps. Before we can bring a project to life, we must precisely define the customer’s specific needs and requirements.

We start from the project objective and proceed to develop it as detailed as possible, planning the necessary steps to reach the final solution. A project plan is created, also utilizing proprietary 3D modeling and printing software. The executive project constitutes the engineering of all processes and defines every detail (architectural, structural, and technical systems) of the intervention to be carried out.

The work is carried out in practice, following the steps structured during the planning phase, while respecting the provided economic framework and the schedule. Progress and advancement are continuously monitored and, when necessary, appropriate adjustments are made and documented as variations from the original plan.

Testing and commissioning are of fundamental importance for verifying the achievement of the project objectives (OPR — Owner’s Project Requirements) and ensuring that products and systems comply with current laws and standards. We perform performance testing on individual components and entire systems throughout all installation phases, up to final inspections and initial startup.
